Well...I actually got the idea to post this for two reasons.

1) ~wastelandofthemind had written a short piece on the seven deadly sins. And one was sloth.

2) I haven't updated my journal for a while, so I thought I'd give this a go.

So basically, what was said in ~wastelandofthemind's writing about the sin of sloth, was that they like to laze around. They always want to sleep, to dream, to rest through everything.

And although my mind is constantly alert, I'm always tired and want to rest, and I'm constantly day-dreaming. Always in my own little world without a second thought.
And whenever I day dream, I somehow come up with bits and pieces of writing that turn into longer pieces of writing.
See what I mean by my mind is constantly alert?
Maybe I'll post some writing some day, but I can't promise anything.

This is the boy, Matthew Shepard. On October 7, 1998 Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson lead him to a remote area east of Laramie where they demonstrated unimaginable acts of brutality . Matthew was tied to a split-rail fence where he was beaten and left to die in the cold of the night. Almost 18 hours later he was found by a cyclist who initially mistook him for a scarecrow. Matthew died on October 12 at 12:53 am at a hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. MURDERED BECAUSE HE WAS GAY!!!
